History: Founded in Portland, Oregon on July 1, 1955. Landye Bennett Blumstein initially focused on corporate securities law, finance and bankruptcy law, and mergers and acquisitions. In 1976, the firm established an office in Anchorage, Alaska. The firm has expanded its expertise to meet the needs of its clients.
